  • Personal Identifiable Information (PII): Information such as your name and email address, provided when you subscribe to our services.
  • Content Data: Voice recordings and written content submitted by you for the purpose of generating LinkedIn posts or other written content.
  • LinkedIn Authentification for post scheduling: For Linkedin post scheduling, we store 3 identification IDs, your profile ID and URL, the URL to your profile picture and your name. We do not store your LinkedIn login data.

We use multiple services for data processing:

After processing, audio recordings are stored for a maximum of 14 days and then automatically deleted unless legally required.





3. DATA STORAGE

Your data is securely stored using several services:

  • Airtable: For managing and storing content and user data. Airtable Privacy Policy
  • Softr: Used for user management. Softr Privacy Policy
  • Contea server in Germany: For storing audio & media files and the application.

All data is stored in secure data centers located in the United States and Germany. We ensure compliance with GDPR and other relevant data protection laws. LinkedIn Identification IDs are encrypted. All transmissions are encrypted using SSL.





4. DATA RETENTION

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to provide the services or as required by law. For example:

  • Voice recordings are deleted after 30 days.
  • TLinkedIn Identification IDs are valid for 60 days after connect / re-connect. Invalid IDs will be deleted after 90 days.
  • Other personal data may be retained for longer periods if legally required.




5. DATA SHARING

We share personal data with the following service providers to fulfill our services:

No personal data is shared with third parties beyond these service providers, except as required by law or with your explicit consent.
